Sean’s story begins in the heart of Africa.

Born in Zimbabwe in the 1970s, he grew up surrounded by some of the world’s most extraordinary wilderness-a landscape that would quietly shape everything that followed.

After completing his schooling in South Africa, Sean eventually made another continent home, moving to Canada in 2002.

That journey-from southern Africa to the wilderness of the Great White North-gave him a deeply personal understanding of what it means to cross cultures, embrace the unfamiliar and discover just how profoundly a place can change you.

But Africa never stopped being home in its own way.

It remains a place Sean is deeply connected to and a part of the world he wants others to experience with the same sense of wonder, curiosity and respect that has shaped his own life.
